The radiation processing is a chemical reaction caused in a material by radiation irradiaiton. In the radiation processing, electron beam (E-Beam) are mainly used. The E-Beam is a flow of electrons with energy. When the E-beam collides with a material, ionizing and exitation occur due to the interaction between the material and the beam, and chemical reaction occurs consequentially.
