We've compiled the following FAQs to answer this question: Where do we get our merchandise? No, we dont get it off a truck in the back of an alley! Roddy Jones Trading works with a U.S. based supplier that has been in business for years. Are our products 100% authentic? Yes, they are. By dealing with a supplier thats been in business for over years we are insured our merchandise is authentic and back it 100%. If you have any doubt you may return any item subject to our return policy. I also personally check out our suppliers prior to partnering with them. If your products are authentic, how can you sell at such low prices? Many of our items are from the previous season and come directly from Europe. Now, you may say to yourself I dont want last seasons fashion. But lets be honest, will anyone really know? The answer is no. That is unless you are the designer or a big time movie star. ;) Additionally, because we are not a brick and mortar operation, Roddy Jones Trading doesnt have the overhead costs associated with a traditional storefront. What are Testers in your fragrance section? Testers are 100% authentic, fresh and completely full just like the other fragrances. The difference is they are shipped in a plain cardboard box and sometimes without the cap. So, if you are not in need of fancy packaging this is the way to go. So why not save yourself a few bucks. For starters, read the about us page and review our seller feedback on Ebay. If the entrepreneural spirit of an everyday American mom doesn’t sway your heart, maybe the fact that we use Paypal and Google Checkout as our only payment processors will! Paypal and Google Checkout both process your orders on their servers, not ours. At no time will we ever have access to your personal financial information. Additionally, your purchase is protected by Paypal and Google Checkouts industry leading buyer protection plans. How long will it take to receive my order? We process and ship most orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2 p.m. usually process and ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. We ship via UPS Ground, Fedex and USPS so depending on how far you are from the Mid-Atlantic region it can take anywhere from 1-5 days for delivery. International orders require additional processing time, we require 72-96 hours on most orders. Do you charge sales tax? No. Do you accept returns? Yes.
